If
you've never been to Branson, Missouri, your in for a real treat.
We have three lakes in the immediate area with more close by. You
can catch all kinds of fish including trout from Lake Taneycomo or Bass
and Catfish from Tablerock Lake. If your not the outdoors type,
how about taking advantage of our three Outlet Malls. Lots of
major brand name outlets to choose from. If you still can't find
what your looking for, try Branson Landing. Newly built, the
Branson Landing spans the waterfront area of Historic Downtown Branson
along Lake Taneycomo. You'll find lots of shopping, restaraunts,
and street performers. It is also the place to go for night time
fun.
Now if your looking for
entertainment, Branson has over 100 live shows performing throughout the
year. Most of them perform from April to December, but a few have
selective schedules so make sure to pay attention to their schedules. We
have Comedy, Country, Magic, Variety, Drama, Rock & Roll, Rhythm
& Blues, and Down Home Country Folk Slap Stick Humor shows for your
entertainment. Say, your not into shows, or shopping, or boating
and fishing. Lets say your a fan of amusement parks - we have
3! Silver Dollar City takes you back to the turn of the century
with craftsmen making such things as blown glass, iron workers, cabinet
makers, leather crafts and much more. They also have exciting
rides for some thrills. Throughout the year they have festivals
like World Fest, Kids Fest, Bluegrass & BBQ Fest and many
more. Another park is Celebration City, with it's many thrilling
rides and a laser light and fireworks show to end your evening.
For daytime fun, visit Whitewater - an outdoor waterpark with a lazy
river for the adult in you and a 7.5 story water slide for the kid in
you and many other rides in-between.
