Stuck on the 70's

We recently attended a performance of Stuck on the 70's at the Americana theater. It was great! The show has a lot of wonderful songs from the 70's, from artists like the Bee Gee's, the Captain and Tenile, The Village People and even Kirmit the Frog. It brought back so many memories. Songs I haven't even thought of in years were filling the theater. Branson Dad was even singing along, which is a very rare thing for him to do at a show, so I know he liked it. The Stage was simple, there wasn't a lot of background or props but the singing and dancing made up for that! The costumes were very authentic and the singers did a great job of realistically singing the songs as the original artists performed them. The show is very well performed and full of energy. Some special features of this show included a really cute Love Boat skit/song segment in which the cast played out their stories with songs, some very unique disco skating moves on shoe skates and my favorite part, an acoustic guitar segment in which they played songs like Bye, Bye Miss American Pie and Roundabout! Stuck on the 70's was very good and we will definitely go back to see it again!
